On December 5, Surgutneftegaz was recognized winner of auction for geological survey, exploration and production of hydrocarbons at the Yugansky licensed site in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district, the Interfax reports, referring to the Subsurface Management Department in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district.
