The Bashneft’s board is reduced to 14 people.

The JSC "Stock Oil Company" Bashneft" Board of Directors, included in the top ten largest oil companies in Russia, was diminished to 14 from 15 people at a meeting of the board on Wednesday, making Igor Kalyuzhny, Vice President for Information Technologies, redundant, the company stated.
Kalyuzhniy worked in "Bashneft" from October 2009. He doesn’t own any shares in "Bashneft" or its subsidiaries and affiliates.
