“Gazpromneft” signs documents on the purchase of Vietnamese “Zung Kuat”

A.Dyukov, head of OJSV “Gazpromneft” signed fundamental terms of the agreements on the acquisition of 49% in the registered capital of “Bin Shon Refining and Petrochemicals Ltd”, an operator of an oil processing plant Zung Kuat.
A chairman of the Board of Directors of KNG Petrovietnam Nguen Suan Shon signed the document on the part of Vietnam. There was also signed a memorandum of understanding between Gazpromneft and the Oil and Gas Corporation of Vietnam, Interfax reports.
