The government could support the application of "Rosneft" at the expense of the NWF for building "Zvezda" shipyard in Primorye, Arkadiy Dvorkovich stated on Friday.
"Rosneft" wanted to get about 89 billion roubles from the NWF on a project to build a shipyard "Zvezda" in the Far East, "the Kommersant" newspaper wrote on Monday, citing sources familiar with the situation in the shipbuilding and close to "Rosneft".
