FAS offers to decreased gas prices in Russia from 2018

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has offered to liberalize gas prices on the domestic market since 2018. This follows from the letters of the Department, sent to the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance on March 18.
The letter contains a proposal to index the wholesale gas price for industry by 4% from July 1, 2017. Also it says that after 2017 they will be determined solely on the basis of the price indicators by results of exchange trading.
