Rosneft has filed an application to the Moscow Arbitration Court for the recovery of a debt from a Cypriot company Swisspro Capital Limited, associated with the Ukrainian oligarch Sergei Kurchenko, in the amount of $184.8 million, the court reports.
The court appointed preliminary hearings on the suit on May 24. The applicant asked the court to collect the debt on crude oil supply contract dated March 27, 2014.
