Turkmenistan is going to build a new branch of the gas pipeline to China via Tajikistan, the President of Turkmenistan, G. Berdymukhamedov said today after the meeting with the President of Tajikistan, E. Rakhmon. Mr. Berdymukhamedov says that construction of the new branch for the gas pipeline from Turkmenistan to China that will be laid via Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan is an almost solved situation. Turkmenistan is going to diversify supplies of its hydrocarbon resources.
