“Gazprom neftechem Salavat” has been opened a credit line by “Credit Europe Bank”

​“Credit Europe Bank” will open a credit line with the limit of 1.27 bln roubles to “Gazprom neftechem Salavat” OJSC. The bank was the only participant of the request offer the results of which were summed up by “Gazprom neftechem Salavat” on April 30th. The value of the contract with the bank is 109.54 mln roubles with the start-up price of 112.734 mln roubles. The company attracts a loan for 180 days to fill the circulation funds at 18% per annum. The total amount of the received by “Gazprom neftechem Salavat” loans has exceeded 78.5 bln roubles. The main creditors are Sberbank, Gazprombank, “Russia” Bank and VTB. The rates of loans varied from 3.05% to 11.4% per annum for long-term loans and 1.5%-20% for short-term loans.
