Gas extraction in the Yamal Nenets Autonomous Area in Q1 2015 made up 136.2 bln cubic m, that makes up 91.7% against Q1 2014. 5.1 mln tons of oil were extracted – this is 95.9% against Q1 2014.
The production of gas condensate significantly rose – 126.5% - almost 5.2 mln tons.
The leaders on gas extraction are traditionally the affiliates of Gazprom OJSC, their total extraction in Q1 made up 104.7 bln cubic m of gas, that is 76.9% of the entire extraction volume. In general 34 enterprises hold extraction at 91 deposits in Yamal.
18 enterprises extract oil at 60 deposits in the region
The main oil extraction enterprises are still Gazprom Neft OJSC and Rosneft OJSC. In Q1 Gazprom Neft extracted over 3 mln tons of oil – 59.3% of the total volume in the region. The stake of Rosneft is 27%, almost 1.4 mln tons.
