Gazprom geologorazvedka starts geophysical exploration in the Barents Sea

“Gazprom geologorazvedka” LLC started geophysical exploration in the water area of the Barents Sea, at the Ludlovskoye licensed site. The volume of 3D seismic survey operation makes up 3 200 square kilometers, the press-service states.
OJSC “Marine Arctic Exploration company” carries out an investigation. The study of the geological structure of the subsoil is carried out with the use of the Russian scientific research seismic vessel “Vyacheslav Tikhonov”. Quality control of the data and their primary processing is carried out on board the vessel.
