The Ukraine cancelled the Government regulation of Russian gas transit

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine has cancelled the Government regulation of natural gas transit via the Ukraine by the contract between Naftogas and Gazprom.

By the regulation #243 as of April 22 2015 the Government introduced changes into the regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers #510 as of September 3 2014 “Of the improvement of Government policy in the sphere of regulation of activity on natural gas transportation by route pipelines via the Ukraine”.

Thus the Government has released gas transit by route pipeline via the Ukraine from clauses 1 and 2 of the regulation.

These clauses determined the temporary order of tariff forming and tariffs for gas transportation by route pipelines via the Ukraine for points of joining the gas transportation system located on the border of the Ukraine and exit points from the gas transportation system located on the border of the Ukraine.
