Ukrtransgas purchased gas for technical needs from Naftogas for 16 bln grivna

Ukrtransgas has purchased 1.83 bln cubic m of gas from Naftogas to cover its needs and production-technical needs until the end of 2015. The amount of the deal is 16.11 bln grivna (VAT included).
The agreement was signed on April 27th. The period of gas supply is April-December 2015.
In the approved by the Cabinet of Ministers forecast balance of gas acceptation and distribution for 2015, in total 3.35 bln cubic m of gas is meant for production-technical needs, 1.7 bln cubic m of which is planned for Ukrtransgas.
1.38 bln cubic m of gas is meant for production-technical needs of Ukrtransgas in Q2-Q4.
100% of Ukrtransgas PJSC belongs to Naftogas Ukrainy.
