Bashneft’s shares have been officially transferred to Bashkiria

Bashkiria has officially become the holder of 25% plus 1 share of Bashneft, Rosimuschestvo reports referring to the regulation of the Government of Russia.
In conformity with the regulation of the President of Russia as of August 4th 2004 #1009, 50% plus 1 share of the registered capital of Bashneft stay at the federal property.
It was previously reported that there are no risks of impossibility to receive Bashneft’s dividends by Bashkiria, first deputy Minister of Energy of Russia, A. Texler, said.
