Basneft had notice of changes in the structure of shareholders

Today, Bashneft has had notice of changes in the structure of shareholders from registrar OJSC “Reestr”. The press-service of the company reports. In accordance with the notification, Bashkortostan, represented by the Ministry of Land and Property Regulations, became an owner of 38 128 551 ordinary and 6 280 076 privileged shares of Bashneft (25% of the registered capital), while the share of participation of the Federal l Agency on State Property in the registered capital of the company decreased to 88 951 379 ordinary shares (50.08% of the registered capital).
