Rosneftegas has received stakes in state companies from 9 regions

The Prime-Minister, D. Medvedev, signed a regulation on the transfer of shares of 13 enterprises as a contribution into the registered capital of Rosneftegas.
The respective order was signed by the President Putin a month ago. Now the transfer of shares was ordered to be held by Rosimuschestvo and Ministry of Energy of Russia. The changes into the privatization program of federal property will be made.
A few enterprises are located in Moscow: Rosneftegas will receive the controlling packages of VNII NP, VNIPIneft, blocking package of shares of “Burovaya tekhnika (in the structure of Integra) and a part of shares of Nefteprodukt plant (controlled by Rosneft)”.
