Serbia is interested in "Turkish stream" and waits for coordination.

Serbia is interested in the diversification of its gas supply, including within the framework of the "Turkish Stream" it hopes that all issues on the project would be settled while respecting the interests of both the EU and Russia, the Serbian Ambassador to Moscow, Slavenko Terzic stated in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Earlier, Foreign Minister of Serbia, Ivica Dacic stated that Belgrade was interested in participating in the "Turkish Stream" pipeline project and called on the EU to define its position on this issue, and not to create problems. Earlier the RF Minister of Energy, Aleksandr Novak stated that Russia was waiting for the options that the European Union would offer for the construction of its domestic gas infrastructure. "The issue of energy security is extremely important for Serbia. We were optimistic for the "South Stream". After it was abandoned, we are now looking for new sources. Now Serbia discusses all possible flows, especially those that can deliver Russian gas to Serbia. One of them is the "Turkish Stream", - he added.
