Sibur to be issued a preferential loan for modernization of its gas processing plant

​The intergovernmental committee at the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has decided to recommend the application of Sibur for the attraction of a preferential loan for further reconstruction of the South-Balyk gas processing plant.

The reconstruction of the capacities of the South-Balyk gas processing plant has been held by Sibur from 2007. At the first stage the project on the rise of the APG acceptation capacities from 900 mln to 1.5 bln cubic m a year was realized.

In 2009 a new complex allowing to annually accept 1.3 bln cubic m of APG was launched. With its putting into operation the capacities on APG acceptation at the gas processing plant rose to 2.93 bln cubic m a year.
