“Alabuga-2” industrial park to be formed in Tatarstan

​The “Alabuga-2” industrial park will be formed in Tatarstan for the realization of oil chemicals projects, the CEO of “A;abuga”, T. Shagivaleev, said.

There are no alternatives of oil processing into oil chemicals, but nevertheless, the Innokam cluster faces certain restrictions on the infrastructure. Out team will have to eliminate the restrictions on the infrastructure for our new oil chemicals projects by means of creation of the “Alabuga-2” industrial park in the Nizhnekamsk district of Tatarstan, Mr. Shagivaleev said .

He said that this is a very complicated project in the framework of which the cooperation with the Federal Tax Service, Ministries of Finance and Industry of Russia will he held, as well as large volume of analytical work. According to Mr. Shagivaleev, the investment into the “Alabuga-2” industrial park will make up 316 bln roubles, the realization of the project will allow to process 3.8 mln tons of oil a year, produce 600 thousand tons of ethylene, 300 thousand tons of polyethylene, 250 thousand tons of polypropylene, 200 thousand tons of polystyrol. 3.2 work places are  planned to be formed.
