KEGOS to hold IPO in December 2014 – Shukeev

The national company for electric network management KEGOS will hold its national IPO in December 2014, the chairman of the National Welfare Fund “Samruk-Kazyna”, U. Shukeev said.

The national IPO has been activated. In December we plan to hold the national IPO, next year – of Samruk-Energo, Mr. Shukeev said on Wednesday at the expanded meeting of the Government.

The “National IPO” program is realized in 3 stages from 2012 to 2015. The state companies are divided in 3 categories: in 2012 the stock subscription of KazTransOil JSC was held, in 2013 it was planned to enter KEGOS JSC, Air Astana JSC, KazTransGas JSC, Samruk-Energo JSC, NMSk Kaztransmorflot JSC to the stock exchange market, in 2014 – Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC, Kaztemirtrans JSC and in 2015 –Kazatomprom JSC and KazMunaiGas JSC.
