A reduction of the export of Russian oil to Belarus can result in crisis at oil products market, oil analysts say.

“In 2013,the export of Russian oil to Belarus will most likely make up 18.5 million tons. A reduction of oil deliveries can affect the work of Russian oil-refining plants. However, the reduction of oil export to Belarus is temporary”, the Director of RAS centre for the world energy markets, Vyacheslav Kulagin believes.
