Rosneft suggests India a share in “Vankorneft”

India might take part in the development of the Vankor oil-and-gas deposit in the Krasnoyarsk region. OVL, subsidiary of Indian ONGC, has got an invitation to take part in the development of the deposit from Russian “Rosneft”. The Economic Times states.
