Arkady Dvorkovich: Rosneftegaz to pay the whole proceeds from sale of Rosneft to budget

Rosneftegaz will pay 100% of the proceeds from the sale of 19.5% stake in Rosneft to the budget, and will pay dividends in the amount of 50% of the net profit.
