Gazprom’s UK structure will close 5-year contract for supplies of 0.5 million tons of LNG

Gazprom Marketing & Trading (GMT), a British Gazprom’s structure and the Canadian Pacific Rubiales Energy have signed the main terms of the 5-year contract for supplies of 0.5 million tons of LNG annually. The main terms of the agreement presuppose that the companies will continue negotiations on the exclusive basis within the next 9 months. Supplies should start in Q2 2015. The price formula will be based on the prices at the international oil market. In accordance with the agreement, Pacific Rubiales Energy will supply gas to the offshore liquefying device.
