Gutseriev transfers some assets from Russneft to Neftisa

The founder of Russneft, Mikhail Gutseriev transferred Belkamneft LLC and Zapadno-Malobalykskoe LLC (ZMB) to the Neftisa oil company, a source in the market reported. “Belkamneft and ZMB were separated from Russneft and reissued to another of Gutseriev’s companies - Neftisa”, he said.
He also noted, Gutseriev increased the share in them to 100% before the reissuance.
