Ukrainian Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry forecasts signing of the PSA with ExxonMobil for Skifskaya area by December

The Minister for Energy and Coal Industry Eduard Stavitsky forecasts signing of the PSA for Skifskaya hydrocarbon area (shelf of the Black Sea) between Ukraine and the consortium headed by ExxonMobil in November.
“Speaking about Skifskaya area, we count on solemn signing of the PSA this month”, the Minister said.
