“Rosneft” offers Japanese companies to build power plants at Suzun, Tagulsk and Lodochnoye deposits in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In that case the company is ready to sign a long-term contract for the purchase of electricity, president of “Rosneft” I.Sechin said.
