Russian Platinum has been granted an agreement at the public hearings for allocation of a land lot for a mining and metallurgical combine construction and an alternative road to the Chyornaya Gora deposit at Taymyr. The company was supported by 96.5% of the participants. After publishing of the protocol and the verdict of the subsoil use commission, they will issue the order on the granting to the company of the permission for the use of the land lot for exploration and production at the deposit and construction of the objects of the mining and metallurgical combine. Then the company can execute cadastral registration of the site, to close the leasing agreement and to start operation.
