"Transneft" and "Gazprom Neft" discuss the technical requirements of the agreement on the Kuyumba -Tayshet pipeline.

The Agreement between "Transneft" and "Gazpromneft" on the Kuyumba -Tayshet pipeline is not signed as yet, the parties continue to discuss the technical issues, Aleksandr Dyukov, the head of oil company "Gazpromneft", told the reporters.

"Negotiations are held on the volume and on the terms. There are technical issues that still need to be discussed", - Dyukov stated.
