Net profit of NNK “Aktiv” under RAS fell by 2.2 times to 204.565 mln roubles in 2014

​The net profit of the independent oil and gas company “Aktiv” – a JV of “Alliance Group” and independent oil and gas company of E. Khudaynatov – under RAS fell by 2.2 times in 2014 to 204.565 mln roubles.

The revenue of the group in 2014 rose by 5.7% to 56.759 bln roubles. The prime cost of sales also rose by 7% in 2014 to 55.757 bln roubles.

The pre-tax profit fell in 2014 by 3 times to 180.308 mln roubles.

In April 2014 the shareholders of “Alliance Group” and the independent oil and gas company of E. Khudaynatov signed an agreement on the foundation of a JV “NNK-Aktiv”. From the part of “Alliance” the assets of Alliance Oil Company Ltd as well as other assets of the group in Russia and the CIS were introduced into the JV, from the part of the independent oil and gas company – oil deposits in Taymyr and a group of gas extraction assets in the Saratov region.
