Azeri oil pumping by BTC rose by 1% in Q1

​The volume of Azeri oil pumping by BTC in Q1 2016 made up 7 mln 313.312 thousand tons, by 1.3% more than in Q1 2015, SOCAR reports.

From the moment of putting BTC into operation (June 4th 2006) until April 1st 2016, the volume of pumping made up 299 mln 988.701 thousand tons of oil, including in March – 2 mln 623.733 thousand tons.

Besides this, 440.162 thousand tons of Turkmen and Kazakh oil were pumped by BTC in March.

In Q1 2016, 7 mln 838.445 thousand tons of Azeri oil were shipped from the Ceyhan terminal, including in March – 2 mln 604.212 thousand tons. In general from the moment of putting BTC into operation, 299 mln 32.217 thousand tons of Azeri oil were shipped from Ceyhan terminal.

In 2015, 28 mln 835.543 thousand tons of Azeri oil were pumped by BTC.
