Construction of Nord Stream-2 not to improve safety of gas supplies to the EU

"The construction of Nord Stream-2 can lead to a reduction in the number of transport corridors (for the supply of gas to the EU) from the current three to, at best, two: the route through the Ukraine won’t be claimed. Also the route of Yamal - Europe through Poland would be threatened. This reduction in the number of the routes will not improve the security of the supplies," - he said.
