Southwest Transnefteprodukt sold by $14.56 million more than its real value

The amount of the transaction on sale by Transneft of its Ukrainian subsidiary Southwest Transnefteprodukt has exceeded the cost of the net assets in rubles by 998 million rubles ($14.56 million). This is stated in the message of the Russian company.
The deal was closed in March, its value is not disclosed.
