Vankorneft begins start-up work on gas supply to UGSS

Vankorneft, Rosneft’s subsidiary, has started the assembling operations and gas supply to the main gas pipeline. It is said in a statement of the company.
To date, there have been launched three gas compressor units of the high-pressure gas-compressor station. There has been carried out gas treatment at the gas processing unit. The gas goes through the gas quantity and quality measuring system before the arrival to the main gas pipeline.
Within the framework of the realization of the gas programme of the Vankor deposit there has been built the Vankor-Halmerpayutinskoye deposit pipeline of 108 km length, high-pressure compressor stations, a gas treatment unit and intra-field gas pipelines. The gas facilities are equipped with modern units.
