FAS allowed RussNeft to increase its stake in 7 affiliates to 100%

​FAS has allowed RussNeft to increase to 100% its stake in 7 affiliates.

RussNeft gained the right to increase its stake in NAK “Aki-Otyr”, “Tomsk Neft” Ltd, “Goloil” CJSC, “Belye nochi” Ltd, “Chernogorskoe” CJSC, “Ulyanovskneft” Ltd, “Mokhtikneft” OJSC. Previously RussNeft held up to 50% in these companies.

Now there are 10 oil and gas extraction affiliates in the structure of the company, besides the above mentioned ones – MPK “Aganneftegasgeologiya”, “Saratovneftegas” OJSC and “Varieganneft” OJSC.

The rise of stakes in the affiliates is connected with the de-offshorization process and consolidation of assets of RussNeft and Neftisa as well as with the plans on the participation of Glencore in the shareholders capital of the united company. Now the trader holds 49% in Ulyanovskneft and Varieganneft.
