IES held asset swap deal with "Gazprom".

"IES-Holding" of Viktor Vekselberg and "Gazprom" exchanged gas distribution assets: IES consolidated the business in Yekaterinburg, giving "Gazprom Mezhregiongaz" assets in Novosibirsk and Chelyabinsk. As a result, IES has consolidated gas distribution structure in the region with a strong presence of its own assets and got rid of the assets in areas where there is no other business.
