Gazprom cut investment into gasification of 10 regions of Russia in 2016
The planned volume of Gazprom’s investment into the gasification of regions for 2016 makes up 25 bln roubles against 27.5 bln roubles in 2015.
In 2016 Gazprom cut the investment into the gasification of 10 regions of Russia due to the non-payments and non-execution of obligations on gasification by the administrations of the region, a member of the management of the holding, K. Seleznev, said.
For 9 regions the investment is cut to 5 mln roubles only to go on the started work because of the non-execution of obligations and low paying discipline, he said.
The investment is cut to 5 mln roubles particularly for the Arkhangelsk, Volgograd, Kemerovo, Yaroslavl regions as well as Dagestan, Igushetiya, Kalmykia, Chezhnya and Khanty Mansi Autonomous Area. The investment is reduced to zero in the Tver region.
Mr. Seleznev said that at certain conditions the volume of investment can be reconsidered for these regions.
The program of Gazprom’s gasification for 2016 comprises 67 regions.
