Losses from explosion at the Achinsky refinery is estimated at $1 billion

The amount of losses, incurred by Achinsk refinery of the Eastern Oil Company (the Bolsheuluysky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory) because of the gas fractionation plant explosion, which occurred on June 15, could reach $1 billion.
