The FAS of Dagestan has fined “Gazprom mezhregiongas Pyatigorsk” for 8.6 mln roubles. The company is accused of the abuse of its dominant position.
FAS has found out that the affiliate of “Gazprom mezhregiongas Pyatigorsk” – “Dagestangasservice” Ltd collected payment for the issue of technical decisions on the connection to the gas distribution networks. The Urban Planning Code of Russia doesn’t presuppose the payment for the issue of technical specifications. Anyway the company collected the fee explaining it as the payment for other services.
