Rosneft and PetroRio receive the approval of the transaction regulator on the Solimoes project.

Rosneft Brasil (a subsidiary of JSC "NK "Rosneft") and PetroRio received approval from the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (Agencia Nacional do Petroleo, Gas Natural e Biocombustiveis - ANP) for the acquisition of an additional 55% share in Solimoes project by Rosneft Brasil. Under the agreement, the date of closing of the transaction will be further agreed between the parties, it is expected that the closing of the transaction will take place within 30 days.
