MMK improves quality of automotive sheet

Rolled metal of Magnitogorsk metallurgical plant is used in the production of the newest models of the leading domestic car manufacturer AvtoVAZ - LADA VESTA and LADA X-RAY, the press centre of the company reports.
Since 2015, the shipment of pilot and industrial batches of cold-rolled and hot-dip galvanized coil stock from low-carbon and special low-carbon IF-steels, from high strength IF-steels, as well as from steels with BH effect and HSLA (high strength low alloy) steels for internal and external parts for the LADA VESTA and LADA X-RAY projects are carried out. Moreover, the delivery of the hot strip from high-strength low alloy steel for structural elements is conducted.
