"Gazprom" has received the right to use the Heysovsk subsoil area located in the Barents Sea, and OJSC "NK "Rosneft"" - Pritaymyrsk subsoil area in the Laptev Sea, the website of the Cabinet of Ministers informs. The corresponding decree "for geological study, exploration and production of hydrocarbons" was signed by the government on August 5. The subsoil areas of federal significance are provided for use by the companies without auctions.
