The unknown OOO “Zvezda” has been given approval from the Federal Anti-Monopoly service (FAS) on the purchase of 50% in OOO “Novorossiysk Fuel Oil Terminal”, according to FAS. “OOO “Zvezda” filed a request and it was approved on July 28th,” they stated in the press-service of FAS.
The company was registered in Moscow in May 2015. Its owner is I.A.Egorov. The company is engaged in the operation of holding companies in the field of financial intermediation and the management of holding-companies.
