Tobolsk oil deposits to be distributed by tender

The oil deposits of the Tobolsk project will be given to subsoil users for development on the results of the tender, the regional Governor V. Yakushev said.
According to him, the auction for the right to use subsoil is worse than a tender by the fact that oil companies will choose the most convenient for extraction sites while deposits with high content scavenger oil will stay unwanted.
He said that the order to hold a tender can be made by V. Putin only. The Governor recently addressed him with such a request.
The President supported the idea and complex development of the entire group of deposits will be held on the results of the tender.
