Achinsk and Omsk refineries to stop for repairs

Achinsk and Omsk processing plants will be shut down for repairs, which will last for a month. The Achinsk refinery will be stopped for maintenance from September 29, and the plant in Omsk – from September 20, the regional government reports.
Typically, for the passage of such periods Russian plants accumulate fuel in advance to meet the current demands.
