The head of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin, speaking at a FT Commodities conference in Singapore, did not disclose the company's plans to work in China.
"Rosneft" had the potential for possible gas supplies to China, but the company was not negotiating with "Gazprom" for the supply of "blue fuel" into China, the head of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin stated at the FT Commodities conference in Singapore.
