Rosneft not to count upon NWF anymore

Rosneft, the largest state-run oil company in Russia, no longer needs the funds from the National Welfare Fund for its projects, CEO I.Sechin said.
“We no longer need the funds from the NWF,” he said. According to a top manager, the money is attracted with the help of banks rather than directly, while the interest rate “is hardly favorable.”
