Russia proposed Ukraine to found a consortium to manage the gas transport system in compliance with Byelorussian scenario, including making the gas transportation system the property of Gazprom, vice-PM Yuri Boiko claimed.
At the same time, he said, Ukrainian party proposed Russia to found an equal right consortium.
