Lukoil has challenged in court the verdict of the Romanian authorities about closure of its plant in Ploesti. They announced about the order to close the plant in the evening on October 6. Due to the arrest imposed by the Romanian prosecutors office to the raw materials and the commodities of the oil refinery, Petrotel-Lukoil temporarily ceased production and commercial activity. Production will be restored after trial of the claim.
