Mozyr oil refinery is closed for repairs

Atn the end of September, Mozyr oil refinery was closed for its planned capital repairs. They are regenerating of the catalyzer and replace the equipment in section 200 of LK-6U #1. The plant also stopped for repairs of sections 100 and 400 of the complex LK-6U #1 and holds steaming of the technological system there now. In the near future, they are going to stop vacuum distillation of fuel oil. The management claims that the repairs are of the strategy, not the current mode.
The CEO, A. Kupriyanov says that due to excessive capacities for fuel oil processing, it’s reasonable to hold repairs at the utility for vacuum distillation of fuel oil now, in order to make repairs in 2015 selective and touching small volume of production.
