Nizhnekamskneftekhim to consider participation in additional emission of Yamal-Povolzhie

On October 9, the Board of Directors of Nizhnekamskneftekhim (belongs to the group TAIF), the leading Russian producer of synthetic rubber and plastics, will consider purchase of additional shares of Yamal- Povolzhie, the company reports.
The Board will discuss the purchase of 40.08 million shares at par value of 1 ruble.
